Use Case: FAQ Chatbot

Q was designed as a virtual assistant to support visitors of this platform with common questions around services offered, portfolio, and contact information. The goal of the application is to enhance the user experience by making the search of information quicker & facilitating a conversational interface for users.

Q is an MVP of a chatbot built on Cognigy, a low-code platform that enables the creation of conversational AI applications.

After determining the use case, key aspects of the target user persona, and the context of use, a bot personality was defined. Then, a happy path was created and fed into the conversation chart, together with various intents for which the AI model was built upon.

The conversational interface was deployed as an MVP. Currently, users' input while interacting with the application help to continue training the AI model and further developing intents. This helps as a rapid prototype & test approach, considering elements of the Triptech method developed by Google.
