Employee Experience: TEMPLATE

Modern businesses strive to differentiate themselves from competing, excelling organizations by strategically creating the conditions that elevate their employees´ experiences. These efforts include understanding people´s needs, motivations, and aspirations as well as challenges/frustrations that emerge along their journey while accomplishing tasks and delivering work within teams.

This template supports experience designers in the planning phase for strategizing superior employee experiences. The scope of the application can be tailored to the specific project needs, e.g., retention, recruitment, and reskilling, in connection with key business priorities.

The process flow is aligned with the state-of-the-art design thinking approach and draws inspiration from service design methods & techniques. For implementation, actions can be organized following an agile way of working, i.e., creating backlogs, planning & executing sprints, and conducting review sessions in multi-disciplinary teams.
