This project aims at identifying critical ethical issues encountered in an IoT-powered supermarket mobile app experience (SmartKet) and determining strategies to mitigate potential risks as part of product design. The analysis follows the EthicalOS toolkit developed by the Institute for the Future (IFTF), commissioned by Omidyar Network‘s Tech and Society Solutions Lab.
