Sustainability Futures in Zurich

Envisioning Zurich's Sustainability Scenarios: A Workshop Series

Shaping Zurich's Green Future

Join this workshop series to explore future sustainability scenarios in the canton of Zurich that spark discussions and inspire actions towards more environmentally-friendly lifestyles. We will use a set of tools & techniques to brainstorm potential impacts of signals of change & trends across technology, society, politics, environment, and industry to identify ways in which sustainability can be realized in Zurich.

Participants do not require previous knowledge of futures thinking or sustainability. The purpose of the workshop is to promote creative thinking from the input provided by the facilitator. To guide the sessions & group discussions, we will use a robust futures thinking metholodogy developed for over 50 years by the Institute for the Future (IFTF), the world's oldest futures research NGO based in Silicon Valley, USA.

Insights & design assets of this workshop intend to support innovation strategies in business, politics, the general public, and non-governmental organizations. The assets obtained from the group discussions are intended to be showcased at an exhibition/final event at the end of the workshop series; and follow creative commons copyright rules of Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 4.0 International, CC BY-NC-ND 4.0.

Register and join us for a dynamic and inspiring workshop series, where we will exchange ideas, envision innovative sustainability scenarios in Zurich, meet like-minded people, and grow our network. Sign up via Karl der Grosse
