Enhancing the Customer experience with rewards

This workshop was organized with the Miro community, to discuss what makes a successful customer loyalty program. In this first session, the team reflected on brands we love and what makes them so unique. The goal was to identify components of impactful loyalty approaches with digital products that inspire the design of innovative & value-generating experience strategies.

The discussion was completed by reflecting on Starbucks' loyalty program evolution, including its latest efforts with NFTs, rewarding its customers with exclusive immersive coffee experiences.
