Try-On Strategies

In this workshop, the team explored & reviewed the user experience of virtual try-ons offered by different brands in retail. We used Miro to collect participants' insights & feedback from group discussions.

The different options examined included web fitting rooms, displays in stores, and mobile AR applications that help users try out products before completing their purchases. To support this UX review, the team used a set of usability criteria to guide the discussion.
